Teaching Career

First of all I thought it's a very difficult Course but after attending four sessions in the Media and Technology Course , i start to go deeper as i see it very helpful in my future career as an English Teacher.As a teacher i have to be flexible in using computer and technological skills,because nowadays Technology became a part of educational techniques used for teaching.

Different people have different ambitions in life such as doctors,engineers,pilots,etc.But I always wanted to be a teacher because i really feel comfortable to share my knowledge and experience with others.
Talented and ambitious individuals-with creating insight and a fresh perspective are always in demand in the teaching profession.

To be successful, a great teacher must have:

• Effective Discpline skills
• Good classroom management skills.
• Good communication with the parents
• High expectations
• Knowledge of curriculum and standards
• Knowledge of subject matter
• Passion for children and teaching
• Strong Rapport with students

Unlike most careers,a teaching career has the opportunity to inspire students,not only academically but also personally.If you think back when you were a child,I'm sure you can recall at least one teacher that really helped you to make a change in your life.Teaching is touching the lives of your students,making connections that will last a lifetime.and provide them with inspiration.
