Special Education Teacher

Special education teachers work with students who have a wide range of learning ,mental,emotional and physical disabilities.They adapt general education lessons and teach various subjects,such as reading ,writing,and math to students with moderate disabilities.They also teach basic skills,such as literacy and communication techniques.
Teachers responsibilities is to assess students skills to determine their needs and to develop teaching plan,also assign activities that are specific to each student abilities.Teacher is responsible to teach and mentor students in class and develop individualized education programs for each student,in addition to that teacher should discuss student's progress with their parents,teachers and councelors.
Helping students with disabilities can be highly rewarding.It also can be quite stressful_emotionally demanding and physically draining.

A non-governmental organization (NGO) is any non-profit,voluntary citizens group which is organized on a local,national,or international level.Task-oriented and driven by people with a common interests,NGOs perform a variety of service and humanitarian functions,bring citizen concerns to Governments,advocate and monitor policies and encourage political parrticipation through provision of informations.Some are organized around specific issues,such as human rights,environment or health.They provide analysis and serve as early warning mechanism and help monitor.Their relationship with offices and agencies of United Nations system differs depending on their goals,their venue and the mandate of a particular institution.

Diploma Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming

I've got my Diploma Certificate from Dr Robert Smith while attending NLP(Neuro-linguistic Programming)course.NLP is an approach to communication,personal development,and psychotherapy.It is a tool box that help a person develop emotional thoughts.In this course we focuses on how to build and improve relationship skills and keys to personal development.NLP helps to increase behavioral choice,this is achieved through manipulation of personal state and person's belief and internal representation.The external support is made available by Neuro-Linguistic Programming trainer.In many cases,today,people are even experimenting with self-applicaion successfully.Some of the main ideas of NLP includes the assumption and generated belief that problems,desires,and feelings are represented within the visual,auditory and Kinesthetic systems of the human anatomy.

If there is a will there is a way

All of us wish to achieve many things in life.But usually many of us do not succeed in achieving anything.But the fact is that we have only ourselves to blame,It is enough that we wish to achieve something.We should have the proper wilpower to carry out our plans.Without determination we will not be putting in enough strength to make our plans a success.To my mind we can hardly overstimate the meaning of sport in our life and day-to-day activities,because its main purpose to make generation of strong and healthy people.In the beginning i was very afraid to try new activities but then I've found that the best way to gain self confidence is to do what you are afraid to do.Trying to stand on my head was'nt easy at the beginning but after practicing i've done it.Headstand increase nutrients and blood flow to the scalp and oxygen flow also.Now i feel satisfied after overcoming my fear to try new things in my life .Always remember that "If there is a will there is a way ".

Family trip to Srilanka

Sri Lanka really is a fantastic country and it fully deserves the attention,it's currently getting around the world from travellers.Sri Lanka is having its moment and I just hear of more and more people travelling there.So i thought it might be useful to give an overview of the route I took around the country and some of the incredible places you can visit and things there are to do on this tropical island in the Indian ocean.Sri Lanka is an amazing place to take your kids.This magical island combines low prices,friendly people and stunning coastline.It is surrounded by glorious sandy beaches,that your kids can enjoy in it as they will also be blown away by the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage in the center of Sri Lanka . My advice for you Don't miss The experience to visit Sri Lanka,believe me you'll never regret.

Skills Goals:distinguish between fact and fiction when sharing stories about events and people using primary and secondary sources.
Differentiation is not new,and not an endpoint or something teachers can be "finished"with.
Learning goals:Historical facts and fiction
Historical facts:are information about the past that is true and can be proven.
Historical Fiction:is the information about the past that is not true or didn't happen,it might be based on truth.
Flexible Grouping:Is defined by organizing students intentionaly and fluidly for different learning experiences over a short time by making a series of deliberate and purposeful decisions about the size of groups will be formed.Use Flexible Grouping within the classroom_community building _Interactivity and collaboration.

Differentiated elements :Teachers can differentiate at least four classroom elements based on student readiness,interest,or learning profile:
Content:what the student needs to learn or how the student will get access to the information.
Process:activities in which the student engages in order to make sense of or master the content.
Products:culminating projects that ask the student to rehearse,apply,and extend what bhe or she has learned in a unit.
Learning environment:the way the classroom works and feels.
